Having been Managing Partner in a national search firm and in Boyden International for 16 years, Mr. Helmut Boehler set up Boehler + Busch International Executive Search in 1997. As he was in international businesses since the early 1980´s, Mr. Boehler was a Co-founder of The Taplow Group, a fast growing international Network of Executive Search firms. 2006 the name of Boehler + Busch has been changed into The Taplow Group GmbH.
